At the end of the week I'm heading out on tour. No, it's not an exciting rock and roll tour. It's a stale corporate sales meeting tour. I am going to rock the shit out of some 100 seat airport hotel conference rooms. Look out, er, San Jose! I'll try and post updates about airport gift ideas, airline headaches, depressing hotel bars, and the other Kansas City (Kansas).
When I get back, I'm going to start an excercise to keep me regularly posting. I'm going to revisit forgotten, or barely listened to music from my collection, starting with selections from a box of cassettes that was recently found in the attic at my mom's house. These are tapes that I had left at home when I went to college. I had limited space in my dorm room, so a handfull of stuff that I wasn't really listening to stayed at home. Stay tuned for second looks at unpopular Ramones albums, old cheesy Ministry, really aweful D.O.A. (like there's any other kind), and lots more. I think there's even some demos from local bands of the early '90s southeastern Pennsylvania scene.
